Product Warranty Policy

CJWM provides a twelve-month warranty for the products. (Electronic components and wearing parts/ easily damaged parts are not included in twelve-month warranty.)

The twelve-month warranty would be started on the factory delivery date.

*The electronic components are covered by six-month warranty.
*The wearing parts/ easily damaged parts are NOT covered by factory warranty.

Non-normal use, artificial damage and force majeure damage are not covered by this warranty policy.

Warranty Method：
1. Customer takes the picture of the failure parts with the machine plate, which is able to indicate the machine serial number.
2. Customer contacts CJWM with the problem description and pictures.
3. Customer sends the failure parts to CJWM factory.
4. CJWM fix or replace the failure parts.
5. CJWM send the fixed or replaced parts to customer

*All of the delivery cost will be charged at customer’s account.
